PRECAUTIONS: Citronella oil must not be used during pregnancy.

Sweet, lemon aroma with rose-like undertones. This oil makes a very good air freshener and insect repellent when vaporised and can be used on cotton wool beside the bed to repel insects at night. A dilution in carrier oil treats insect bites and repels insects.Two less known uses are the application of the neat oil on the hair of horses to repel midge bites and prevent sweetitchand the application of the oil on the hind quarter fur of a bitch in season to repel unwanted attentions. Blends well with lemongrass oil for all the above uses.
