CHARACTER: Meditating

A green and balsamic aroma. Also known as Olibanum. It is used to assist meditation by relaxing tension and regulating the breathing. It can be used in this way by putting a few drops on cotton wool beside you and near a radiator or light bulb. Facial steaming is effective if a dilution (5 drops of oil in 10 ml carrier) is used. For skin care the same dilution is used as a massage.
