NIAOULI CHARACTER: Soothing A hot, piney/eucalyptus fragrance. It is excellent for the skin. It is used in dilution (5 drops in 10 ml carrier) as a chest rub and to help clear the head. It blends well with eucalyptus and cajeput as a facial steaming potion.
