CHARACTER: Strengthening
PRECAUTIONS: Thyme oil must not be used during pregnancy or by those with high blood pressure. It must always be used in dilution at no more than 2% in carrier oil and it may cause irritation to sensitive skin.

A strong, herbaceous and pungent aroma. The oil is strongly antiseptic and very powerful in use and must only be used diluted at 3 drops in 10 ml carrier. It relieves after a hard day when a few drops of the dilution are used in a hot bath followed by a massage with the diluted oil. This will relieve and relax and cleanse an oily skin.
