Who We Are
ARTHUR PHILLIPS
(CEO and Technical Director) is a flavourist and founder member of the British Society of Flavourists. He has worked in the industry for 42 years and acted as a consultant for 20 years. Arthur is a specialist in the chemistry and analysis of flavourings, fragrances and essential oils and the company has impressive laboratory facilities.
ALAN MOXON

(Company Administrator) joined the company in 2005. His background is in management of teams and he has concentrated in refining the company systems and processing methods to satisfy the rigorous demands and requirements of BRC Accreditation.
PETER DAWSON (Sales Administrator) joined the company in 2002. Peter is a food scientist and provides technical sales services to our customers across the industry. He is well known and respected in the UK and is also working to expand our export business.
RACHEL FORDHAM

(UK Sales Manager) has just joined the company to strengthen the sales team. Rachel has been in the food ingredient supply industry for several years and is very experienced in this specialised field.
SANDRA DEDMAN & JULIE PHILLIPS (Accounts Administrators). Sandra has looked after the company accounts since 2002 and has been the daily contact for suppliers and customers. Julie supports Sandra, who now works part time. Julie is a forensic scientist and also supports the quality analysis team.
GEORGE DEMUTH (Flavourist) joined the company in 2005. George is a creative flavourist of 40 years standing and works on all aspects of the company’s flavouring business.
DEL MAHONEY (Chief Compounder) runs the production team and oversees order processing and quality management.
